INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that our website offers multi-currency. To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must be over the equivalent USD qualifying amount for your location. You can still check out in your local currency, of course. Carrier - Shipping usually is by Standard Shipping, FedEx or DHL depends on different countries.

Standard shipping 10-20 days. For FedEx or DHL Express Shipping(5-7 business days Highly Recommended).

Tracking number of every parcel is provided after the order has been shipped.

 A shipping fee for every order will be displayed in your order, after you add all your products and proceed to a checkout.

Shipping costs will vary depending on location & order weight.

Please wait 48 hours to contact us after your package is marked delivered if you haven't received it. If your order is stolen or not claimed by you please know that it is not the responsibility of Lashmallow Co., Ltd to replace the order. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that any import duties or other customs-related taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. Lashmallow Co., Ltd is not responsible for these charges, you as the buyer are responsible. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction as a valued customer of Lashmallow and as such we offer our " Return/Exchange Policy" for all customers purchasing products from Lashmallow online at www.lashmallow.com. So that we can help out, please take care to follow the instructions detailed below.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT QUANTITIES DELIVERED

If you receive products that are damaged/defective or have been delivered short of the quantities you ordered, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

PRODUCTS ORDERED IN ERROR

Have you ordered the wrong product, or simply changed your mind? No problem. Products ordered in error may be returned provided we receive them in unused, perfect condition and within 30 days of delivery. **NO EXCEPTIONS**

OPENED ITEMS

For reasons of hygiene due to the nature of eyelash extensions, application tools, and after-care products, we will not be able to credit you for any opened product.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us for any reason.

All returned items will be tested upon receipt. Any item found not to be damaged or defective will be returned to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ensure the items returned are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked. If the above procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right not to process the return.


Use all products as they are intended for professionals. By purchasing from the site you are attesting that you are licensed and trained to use them according to the rules and regulations set forth by your state/country.
Lashmallow is not responsible for any intentional or unintentional misuse of products that are designed for licensed and trained professionals.

Lashmallow takes every measure to ensure the shipping of fresh and high-quality products. Please keep in mind Adhesives performance may be affected by extreme temperatures so please be on the lookout for your items. Due to sanitary reasons, Returns for liquids, consumables, and opened items cannot be returned.

Your satisfaction and return business are important to me. Please contact info@lashmallow.com to initiate a return of any unopened returnable items within 3 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping is not eligible for refunds.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR MY RETURNED ITEMS?

Once received, returns are processed within 7–14 business days. Please allow for 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, once the refund is processed. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
