- WHAT ARE YOUR LASHES MADE OUT OF?
All of our lashes are 100% Cruelty-free and are made from the highest quality synthetic PBT fibers available.
CAN I USE ALL OF YOUR GLUES FOR ANY SERVICE?
Yes, you can! With that being said, here is a little information on each to help make your decision:
2 sec: Perfect for newer lash artists or for Classics. The slower dry time helps give wiggle room for mistakes or if your timing is a little slower.
1sec: Very stronghold with a moderate dry time. Bestseller and great for premade fans and volume.
0.5 sec: Suited for advanced and speedy artists. Very fast dry time.
clear: Same as 0.5 but without pigment. Great for colored lashes.
HOW DO I PROPERLY STORE MY GLUE?
Unopened: Store your glue in a cool dark place between 2 and 10 degrees celsius. It is acceptable to store your unopened glue in the fridge but this is not necessary.
Opened: Store your glue in a sealed container of rice or silica packs, or in a fridge. If storing in the fridge, you must keep the glue in the fridge all the time - don’t keep it on your station during services and then back to the fridge in between.
MY GLUE HAS A POOR RETENTION RATE, WHAT DO I DO?
Your glue has likely gone bad due to age or improper storage. If properly stored, once opened, all of our glues last up to three months. See the exact storage requirements of each glue in the description of the specific glue.
WHY HAS MY GLUE TURNED THICK AND STICKY?
Generally, this is due to improper storage and the glue can no longer be used. Before discarding though, check your humidity levels. It is possible your glue is fine but when using it, the amount you have placed out for use on your client could be the only bit affected by humidity issues.

How can I get a copy of my previous invoices?
A: Lashmallow emails your detailed order with items and prices once your order is placed. If you checked out as a guest and do not have a username and password, please run a search for “Lashmallow” in your email to locate these invoices.
Do you have to have a license or be registered with your company to buy your products?
A: No, we offer our products to everyone but only trained professionals should use the professional products.
Why are your prices so low?
A: Because we are the manufacturer, we are able to offer the best quality products at the best prices. All of our listed prices on our website are wholesale and we offer bulk discounts on many of the items listed online.
Do you have local store locations?
A: We strictly wholesale our products to you online to be able to offer the best prices available. Shipping is very fast and reliable.
What is the fastest shipping method for my order?
A: Lashmallow partners with major international shipping companies DHL / FedEx. Worldwide delivery charges vary based on the weight of goods. Your order will arrive in 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
A: Each order is sent with a tracking number that you will receive in an email after your order has shipped. Please click the tracking number provided in the body of your email. If for some reason you have not received that email, it is possible that the email address you provided with your order is old, incorrect or the email has gone to your spam folder.
You shipped my order to the wrong address how do I get it?
A: Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you are reviewing your order and completing your payment. Once an order has shipped we are not responsible if you provided the wrong address.
